This Refund Policy applies to online courses purchased through NECA Learn (necalearn.com.au), operated by NECA Training Ltd (ABN 97 138 173 289). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Because our courses are digital and made available immediately on enrolment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2.Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our courses come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a course has a major problem (for example, it is not supplied, is materially different from its description, or is not fit for a purpose we told you it would meet), you are entitled to a refund or another remedy. Where a problem is minor and can be fixed, we may choose to repair or re-supply the course within a reasonable time.
3.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@necalearn.com.au with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 5 business days.
4.How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
